How I benefit working with a fitness coach?Coaching is proven to work when these two factors are present:
These are all that are needed for you and your coach to solve problems, create your new life, and design and implement a plan of action.
Ultimately, people follow their own path. Helping you to define that path is the first task of your coach. A coach works with you to identify what is in your heart in an effort to create a goal that truly resonates with who you are. Once you create the ideal goal, you are much more likely to take natural and consistent actions to reach that goal.

If you are thinking of working with a coach just to improve your health, think again. You cannot improve just one part of your life without it affecting other aspects. For example, let's assume that you want to go to a gym regularly to improve your fitness level. If your work and family demand a large chunk of your time, however, you cannot allocate enough time to go to a gym. So you may need to improve your time management skills first. Of course if you improve your health, it will improve your efficiency at work, and the quality of your family life, too. HAVE A BALANCED LIFE WHICH WORKS WELL:

Clients with coaches are smart; yet, they still use a coach. Why? Because they know the value of sharing ideas with someone who understands them and is subjective enough to want a lot for them, yet objective enough not to be biased or self-serving. Just talking about your options with someone who can listen is often enough to have it all become very clear. You will always get honest, constructive views.
When you are healthy, happy, and leading a more balanced life, you are going to feel better!
