Daily Email Monitoring Service

Many people who want to manage their weight due to a health/self-confidence reason failed to achieve their goal because they often slip into old habits. I offer a service to monitor your progress, and remind you what you are aiming daily (well, almost daily). This is done in conjunction to my coaching session, but is much more effective for your weight management than obtaining just weekly coaching sessions.

Here is how this works:
  1. At a first meeting, we identify why you want to achieve your goal (weight), and what is your goal. We discuss many aspects of your goal.
  2. You make a daily log about your diet and activities. Report it daily by email to me.
  3. I put comment on your daily report and email it back.
  4. Once a month, we discuss details about our progress on phone or in person

Many people appreciate this system, since a total failure often comes from one small slip (say a small piece of chocolate). I can remind you every day what you are aiming for. If you are interested in, please contact me via email (tisobe@seikin.com).

Note:
Before entering this program, you must obtain a medical check from your doctor and clear of any major illness. You must notify me any physical problem prior to the session. In some cases, I may refer you to other specialists.
